Staiidardv-Ambergrade Shelled Walnuts," or "California Light Ambler Shelled Walnuts.".. ,> On June 10, 1943, Frederick and Nelson Co. of Seattle, Wash., having appeared as claimant for the 39 cartons covered by one of the libels, and having consented ;to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was entered and tthe product was ordered released under bond to be brought into compliance with the law under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration. The unfit portion was segregated and denatured. On July 13, 1943, no claimant having appeared for the one case, judgment4 of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed. - J
