Sample No. 45237-F.) On August 16, 1943, the United States attorney J:or the Southern District of New York filed a libel against 15 tubs of butter at New York, N. Y., alleging that the article had been shipped in interstate commerce on or about August 8, 1943, by the Roanoke Dairy and Ice Cream Co. from Roanoke, Va.; and charging that it was adulterated in that it consisted in whole or in part of a filthy, putrid, or decomposed substance. On August 25, 1943, the Roanoke Dairy and Ice Cream Co., claimant, having admitted the allegations of the libel, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered released under bond for conversion into butter oil under the supervision of the,Food and Drug Administration.
