PRODUCT: 13 bags of flour at EUwood City, Pa. LABEL IN PART: "Mother Hubbard Flour Bleached Manufactured By Hub- bard Milling Company, Mankato, Minn." VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence therein of insects, larvae and insect fragments. DISPOSITION: December 29, 1943.
