in whole or in part of a filthy and decomposed substance by reason of the 
presence (2 barrels) of decomposed poultry, and (4 barrels) of decomposed 
birds and birds that were heavily smeared with feces.
DISPOSITION: December 13, 1943, and January 3, 1944. No claimant having 
appeared, the product was condemned and ordered destroyed.
