"Egg Noodles with Fresh Mushrooms," was false and misleading as applied 
to the article, which contained no mushrooms.
DISPOSITION : June 5, 1944. No claimant having appeared, judgment .of con- 
demnation was entered and the product was ordered delivered to a charitable 
organization.
