Flour Co., Memphis, Tenn.," or "Bleached Calcium Phosphate Added   Baking
Quality Guaranteed   May Rose Flour   Biscuit & Fancy Pastry Patent," or

VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted 
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of beetles, 
larvae, insect fragments, and cast skins.
DISPOSITION : July 24,1944. Anderson E. Grissom, Memphis, Tenn., doing busi- 
ness as the Bluff City Flour Co., claimant, having admitted the allegations of 
the libels, judgments of condemnation were entered and the product was ordered 
released under bond for conversion into material for use as hog feed, under 
the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
