VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), in that the produetcon- sisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of " insect fragments, rodent hair fragments, and fragments resembling rodent hairs. DISPOSITION : August 11,1944. No claimant having appeared, judgment of con- demnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
