ALLEGED SHIPMENT :   From on or about August 10 and September 13, 1942, from
the State of Missouri into the State of Pennsylvania. 
VIOLATIONS CHARGED:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)  (3), the product consisted
in whole or in part of a decomposed substance; and, Section 402 (a)  (5), it
was in whole or in part the product of diseased animals.
DISPOSITION: June 5, 1944. A plea of nolo contendere having been entered, a 
fine of $100 on each of 3 counts was imposed.
