ALLEGED SHIPMENT:    On or about March 25 and April 2, 1943, by the Noody
Products Co., from Toledo, Ohio. 
PRODUCT:   124 cases, each containing 24 packages, of egg noodles, at Nashville,
Tenn.
LABEL IN PART:   "Noody Noodles."
VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted 
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of larvae, 
insect fragments, and rodent hair fragments.
DISPOSITION : February 7,1944. No claimant having appeared, judgment of con- 
demnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
