VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insects, insect fragments, "and moldy prunes. DISPOSITION : March 21, 1944. No claimant having appeared, judgment of con- demnation was entered and the product was ordered delivered to a Federal correctional institution, to be used as hog feed.
