LABEL IN PART:    (Boxes) "Post's 40% Bran Flakes with other parts of Wheat." 
VIOLATION CHARGED:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (1), the article contained an
added deleterious substance, glass, which might have rendered it injurious to
health.
DISPOSITION : March 22, 1944. No claimant having appeared, judgment of con- 
demnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
