VIOLATION CHARGED:    Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (1), the product contained 
an added deleterious substance, glass, which may have rendered it injurious 
to health. 
\DISPOSITION:    March 25,  1944.    No claimant having appeared, judgment of
'    condemnation was entered and the product was ordered delivered to a Govern-
'   meat institution, to be used for fertilizer.
