ALLEGED SHIPMENT:    On or about February 4 and March 11,  1944, by the
Stoller Fisheries, Spirit Lake, Iowa. 
PRODUCT: 104 boxes, each containing 100 pounds, of frozen carp, and 949 pounds
of frozen buffalo fish at New York, N. Y.
VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted 
in whole or in part of a decomposed substance.
DISPOSITION:    April 3 and 14, 1944.    No claimant having appeared, judgments 
of condemnation were entered and the products were ordered destroyed.
