ALLEGED SHIPMENT:   On or.about February 4, 1943, from the State of Missouri
into the State of Illinois. 
VIOLATION   CHARGED:    Adulteration,  Section 402  (a) (5), the article was in
whole or in part the product of diseased animals, poultry which was in whole
or in part diseased at the time of slaughter.
DISPOSITION: May 22, 1944. A plea of guilty having been entered, the de- 
fendant was fined $50.
