ALLEGED SHIPMENT:    On or about January 5, 1944, by the Sunflower Poultry
& Egg Co., from McPherson, Kans.
PRODUCT:    72 crates, containing approximately 4,750 pounds, of dressed rabbits
at Chicago, Ill. 
LABEL IN PART:    "Dressed Jacks."
VIOLATION CHARGED:    Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in
whole or in part of a decomposed substance. 
DISPOSITION:    May  10,   1944.   No claimant having appeared,  judgment "of
condemnation was entered and product was ordered destroyed.
