ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about November 13, 1943, by the Sperry Flour Co., 
Ogden, Utah.
PRODUCT: 6 100-pound bags of self-rising flour and 34 100-pound bags of 
phosphated flour at Helena, Ark.
LABEL IN PART: "Bright Star Enriched Self Rising Flour," or "Enriched 
Phosphated Flour    *    *    *    Bright Star."
VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted 
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of larvae, 
pupae, and insect fragments.
DISPOSITION: October 3, 1944. The Helena Wholesale Grocery Co., Helena, 
Ark., claimant, having admitted the allegations of the libel, judgment of con- 
demnation was entered and the product was ordered released under bond, 
conditioned that it be denatured under the supervision of the Food and Drug 
Administration.
