PRODUCT: Flour: 480 bags, each containing 5 pounds, and 26 bags, each con taining 100 pounds. LABEL IN PART: "Enriched Flour Self Rising * * * Southern Delight," or "Southern Delight Enriched Phosphated Flour Bleached." VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of weevils, larvae, and insect fragments. DISPOSITION: September 13 and 14, 1944. No claimant having appeared, judgments of condemnation were entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
