and the LaGrange lots, judgments of condemnation were entered and the prod- 
uct was ordered destroyed. On August 15, 1944, the B. A. Griffin Co., Inc., 
claimant for the Norfolk lot, having admitted the allegations of the libel, 
judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered released 
under bond, to be brought into compliance with the law under the supervision 
of the Food and Drug Administration. The unfit portion was segregated and 
destroyed.
