Net," borne on the sacks containing the article, were false and misleading since the sacks contained a smaller amount; and, Section 403 (e) (2), the product was in package form and failed to bear a label contain- ing an accurate statement of the quantity of the contents. DISPOSITION: June 13, 1944. A plea of guilty was entered on behalf of the defendant, and a fine of $100 on each of 5 counts Was imposed.
