PRODUCT: 8 12-pound bags, 9 24-pound bags, 11 48-pound bags, and 5 96- pound bags of flour at Rock Hill, S. C. LABEL IN PART: (Bags) "White Fluff Self-Rising Bleached * * * En- riched." VIOLATIONS CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insect fragments; and, Section 402 (a) (4), it had been prepared under insanitary conditions whereby it- may have become contaminated with filth. DISPOSITION: August 18, 1944. No claimant having appeared, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered delivered to a chari- table institution, for use as cattle feed.
