ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about March 10, and June 2 and 30,1944, by the Eagle Flour Mills, from Denver, Colo. PRODUCT: 39 bags, each containing 100 pounds, and 401 bags, each containing 50 pounds, of flour at Sioux City, Iowa. LABEL IN PART: "Graham," "Bleached First Prize Brand Fancy Patent Flour," or "Bleached Enriched White Loaf Flour." VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of weevils, larvae, insect fragments, and cast skins. DISPOSITION: September 8, 1944. Tolerton & Warfield Co., Sioux City, Iowa, claimant, having admitted the allegations of the libels, judgments of con- demnation were entered and the product was ordered released under bond to be brought into compliance with the law, under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration.
