DISPOSITION: Between August 17 and October 12, 1944. International Mill- ing Co., claimants for one lot at Chicago, and Rosen's Bakery, Chicago, Ill., claimant for the other Chicago lot, and E. Guckenheim Bakers Supply Co., St. Louis, Mo., and Dermott Grocer and Commission Co., Warren, Ark., claimants for the St. Louis and Warren lots, respectively, having admitted the allegations of the respective libels, judgments of condemnation were entered and the products were ordered released under bond to be denatured for purposes other than human consumption, under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration. No claimant having appeared for the Cincinnati lot, judg- ment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
