ALLEGED SHIPMENT:    On or about September 6, 1944, by the Norris Grain Co.,
Webb City, Mo. 
PRODUCT:   58   25-pound bags, 93   10-pound bags, and 70   5-pound bags of corn
meal at Fayetteville, Ark. 
LABEL IN PART :    "Squirrel Cream Meal."   - 
VIOLATION CHARGED:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)   (3), the product consisted
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of rodent
excreta fragments. 
DISPOSITION:   December 21, 1944.   No claimant having appeared, judgment of
condemnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
