LABEL IN PART : "Bleached Shawnee's Best Extra Fancy Patent Flour." VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of fllthy substances, since it contained weevils, larvae, and insect fragments.
