PBODTTOT : 10 225-pound barrels of flour at Memphis, Tenn. VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of filthy substances by reason of the presence of larvae, pupae, and insect fragments. DISPOSITION: January 8, 1945. No claimant having appeared, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered sold, under the direc- tion of the Federal Security Agency, to be denatured so that it could not be disposed of for human consumption.
