ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about January 14 and April 6,1944, by the Standard Milling Co., from Kansas City, Mo. PRODUCT: Ill 100-pound bags of cake flour at Chicago, Ill. LABEL IN PART : "Finetex Cake Flour Bleached." VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of filthy substances by reason of the presence of weevils and larvae. DISPOSITION: October 18, 1944. The Standard Milling Co., claimant, having admitted the allegations of the libel, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered released under bond, conditioned that the unfit portion be segregated and destroyed under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration.
