VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of filthy substances since it contained larvae, pupae, cast skins, and insect fragments. DISPOSITION : October 9, 1944. No claimant having appeared, judgment of con- demnation was entered and the product was ordered delivered to a public insti- tution, for use as animal feed. /
