PRODUCT: 40 1-gallon cans of marshmallow topping at Manchester, N. H. Examination showed that the product was fermented. LABEL IN PART : (Cans) "Lincoln One Gallon Marshmallow Topping." VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (8'), the product consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance. DISPOSITION: September 21, 1944.
