Inc., from Boston, Mass.
PRODUCT: 1,271 boxes, each containing 10 pounds, of frozen rosefish at Mont- 
gomery, Ala.
LABEL, IN PART :   "Fresh Rosefish Frozen 2406   7 5 44."
VIOLATION-CHARGED : Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted 
in whole or in part of a decomposed substance.
DISPOSITION: November 10, 1944. No claimant having appeared, judgment of 
condemnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
