PEODTTOT : 2,821 5-pound cartons of frozen shrimp, at Dallas, Tex. LABEL, IN PART: "Shrimp Packed By United States Cold Storage, Dallas, Texas." VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance. DISPOSITION: October 30, 1944. No claimant having appeared, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed. On Novem- ber 6, 1944, an amended decree was entered providing for delivery of the product to a public institution, for use other than human consumption.
