This product was undergoing active fermentation. LABEL, IN PARI: "Helen Harrison's French Dressing with Chutney." VIOLATION CHARGED : Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance. DISPOSITION : January 5 and February 6, 1945. No claimant having appeared, the product was ordered destroyed.
