PRODUCT: 900 100-pound bags and 500 100-pound bags of flour at Chicago, Ill. LABEL IN PART: "Dakota's Best Bleached Flour," or "Bleached Flour Dakota's Best." VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of beetles and larvae. DISPOSITION: January 16, 1945. Joseph T. Shuflitowski, Inc., Chicago, Ill., claimant, having admitted the facts in the libel, judgments of condemnation were entered and the products were ordered released under bond to be brought into compliance with the law, under the supervision of the Food and Drug Administration.
