ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about March 16, 1943, by the Omaha Cold Storage Co., Omaha, Nebr. PRODUCT: 289 25-pound cartons of frozen, cooked turkey skins, at Los Angeles, Calif. Examination showed that the product contained rancid, decomposed turkey skin. VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in-whole or in part of a decomposed substance or was otherwise unfit for food. DISPOSITION: February 15, 1945.
