ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about April 26 and 28, 1944, from the State of Utah into the State of Idaho. VIOLATIONS CHARGED; Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of insect fragments, rodent hairs, hairs resembling rodent or cat hairs, and a feather fragment; and, Section 402 (a) (4), it had been prepared and packed under insanitary conditions whereby it may have become contaminated with filth. DISPOSITION : February 13,1945. A plea of guilty having been entered on behalf of the defendant, a fine of $50 on count 1 and $25 on each of the remaining 2 counts, a total of $100, was imposed.
