ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about April 4 and 5,1944, by Valier & Spies Milling Co., 
from St. Louis, Mo.
PRODUCT:   1,400 bags, each containing 100 pounds, of flour at Jersey City, N. J.
LABEL IN PART :    (Bags) "Valier's Gold Label Flour."
VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (f3), the product consisted 
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of larvae 
and weevils.
DISPOSITION: March 7, 1945. The Joe Lowe Corporation, New York, N. Y., 
claimant, having admitted the allegations of the libel, judgment of condemna- 
tion was entered and the product was ordered released under bond to be 
denatured for use as poultry or animal feed, under the supervision of the 
Federal Security Agency.
