PRODUCT: 205 100-pound bags of flour at New Orleans, La. This product con- tained weevils, and a portion contained both weevils and larvae. LABEL IN PART: "Anita Flour Bleached," or "Anita High Protein Flour Bleached." VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance. Koerner & Co., New Orleans, La., claimants, having consented to the entry of decrees, judgments of condemnation were entered and the products were ordered re- leased under bond for conversion into stock feed under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
