ALLEGED SHIPMENT: On or about July 9, 1945, by J. Ed McGowan, from 
Marlborough, N. Y.
PRODUCT: 4 barrels, each containing approximately 350 pounds, of red currants 
at Philadelphia,  Pa.
VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (30, the article consisted 
in whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence 
of moldy and decomposed currants.
DISPOSITION: August 8, 1945. No claimant having appeared, judgment of 
condemnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
