PRODUCT: 75 cartons, each containing 24 bottles, of tomato catsup at Black- stone, Va. LABEL, IN PART : "Van Lill's Astoria Brand Pure Tomato Catsup." VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a decomposed substance by reason of the presence of decomposed tomato material. DISPOSITION: June 12, 1945. No claimant having appeared, judgment was entered ordering that the product be destroyed.
