ALLEGED SHIPMENT:   On or about March 28, 1944, by the Cudahy Packing Co.,
-from Fairmount, N. Dak. 
PRODUCT:   37  30-pound cans of frozen whole eggs at New Ulm, Minn.
VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted 
in whole or in part of a decomposed substance.
DISPOSITION: February 28, 1945. No claimant having appeared, judgment was 
entered ordering that the product be destroyed or disposed of as animal feed, 
under the direction of the Food and Drug Administration.
