VIOLATION CHARGED: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (4), the article had been prepared under insanitary conditions whereby it might have become contam- inated with filth. DISPOSITION : March 13, 1945. No claimant having appeared, judgment of con- demnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed.
