LABEL IN PART : "Tip Top Salad Cut Green Beans 1 lb. 3 oz. [vignette of a dish containing middle cuts of green beans]." VIOLATION CHARGED: Misbranding, Section 403 (a), a vignette of a dish con- taining middle cuts of green beans, and the term "Salad Cut Green Beans," were misleading as applied to a by-product which consisted mainly of end cuts and tips of string bKans. DISPOSITION : February 5, 1945. The California Packing Corporation, claimant, having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered released under bond to be relabeled under the supervision of an officer designated by the Federal Security Admin- istrator.
