DISPOSITION :   January 10, 1945.   Thorndike and Gerrish Co., claimant, having 
admitted the allegations of the libel, judgment of condemnation was entered,
and the poultry was ordered released under bond for the segregation and
destruction of the unfit portion, under the supervision of the Food and Drug
Administration.
