LABEL, IN PART:   "Griffiths Sausage Special Binder Flour." 
NATURE OF CHARGE:   Adulteration, Section 402 (a)   (3), the product consisted
in whole ov in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of weevils.
DISPOSITION : April 11, 1945. No claimant having appeared, judgment of con- 
demnation was entered and the product was ordered disposed of for purposes 
other than for human consumption.
