NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in pan: of a putrid substance, claimant, having consented to the entry of a decree, and examination having shown that a portion of the product identified by certain codes was not de- composed, judgment was entered ordering the unfit codes destroyed and'the fit codes delivered to the claimant.
