ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about February 6, 1944, by the Meredith Fish Co., 
from Sacramento, Calif.
PRODUCT:   272   20-pound boxes of frozen turbot fillets at Denver, Colo.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in 
whole or in part of a putrid substance.
DISPOSITION: May ll, 1945. No claimant having appeared, judgment of con- 
demnation was entered and the product was ordered sold for the purpose of 
extracting the oil for use in the manufacture of soap.
