Somt of the bags were rodent-gnawed, and rodent excreta and urine stains were ob- served on them. The products had been contaminated with urine, and they contained rodent excreta. In addition, the cream meal contained weevils and larvae. NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402: (a) (3), the articles consisted in whole or in part of filthy substances; and, Section 402 (a) (4), they had been held under insanitary conditions whereby they may have become con- taminated with filth. DISPOSITION : July 24 and August 13, 1945. No claimant having appeared, judg- ments of condemnation were entered and the products were ordered delivered to a public institution, to be used for purposes other than human consumption.
