PRODUCT:   90 bags, each containing about 54 pounds, of chili peppers at St.
Louis, Mo.
in whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the'presence of insect 
fragments and larvae.
DISPOSITION : April 5,1945. The David G. Evans Coffee Co., claimant, having ad- 
mitted the allegations of the libel, judgment of condemnation was entered and 
the product was ordered released under bond, conditioned that it be brought into 
compliance with the law or destroyed under the supervision of the Food and 
Drug Administration.
