NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product was in whole or in part unfit for food by reason of its rancidity. DISPOSITION: June 11, 1945. No claimant having appeared, judgment of con- demnation was entered and the product was ordered sold to rendering plants for use in the war effort.
