ALLEGED SHIPMENT : On or about March 8,1945, by J. Marchioretto and Co., from 
Kenosha, Wis.
PRODUCT: 4 barrels containing about 950 pounds of Italian style rennet at Harri- 
son, Ark.
NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the article consisted in 
whole or in part of a filthy substance by reason of the presence of cow hairs, 
plant fibers, and insect fragments.
DISPOSITION : September 11,1945. The consignee having consented to the entry 
of a decree, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was 
ordered destroyed.
