Nos. 18810, 18811. Sample Nos. 25213-H, 25214-H.) and Covington, La. Examination showed that the product contained rodent pellet fragments, rodent hairs, and insect fragments. LABEL IN PART : "Top Quality Meal Home Ground," or "Degerminated White Corn Meal Enriched Matchless Bolted Cream Meal." NATURE OF CHARGE: Adulteration, Section 402 (a) (3), the product consisted in whole or in part of a filthy substance. DISPOSITION: On February 15, 1946, no claimant having appeared for the Covington lot, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered destroyed. On February 26, 1946, the Meridian Grain and Elevator Co., claimant for the Bogalusa lot, having consented to the entry of a decree, judgment of condemnation was entered and the product was ordered released under bond for conversion into stock feed, under the supervision of the Federal Security Agency.
